Auburn haired Kerri Green was born in Fort Lee, New Jersey, USA on 14 January 1967. In 1984, Kerri decided to skip summer camp and attend some movie auditions in New York City instead. This led her to the attention of none other than Steven Spielberg, who cast her as Andy in Richard Donner's adventure movie The Goonies (1985), which was one of the biggest hits of 1985. Also that year, she played one of John Candy's three children in the movie Summer Rental (1985). However, she gave her most accomplished performance in David Seltzer's Lucas (1986) - Corey Haim was the title character, a bespectacled, intelligent and unpopular 14-year-old misfit, who befriends 16-year-old Maggie, played brilliantly by Kerri, who Lucas soon falls in love with. However, Maggie has fallen for handsome football hero Cappie (Charlie Sheen), which breaks Lucas' heart. A heartwarming, realistic and enjoyable teen movie, Lucas also featured Ally McBeal star Courtney Thorne-Smith and, making her film debut, Winona Ryder. Kerri was reunited with Charlie Sheen for 1987's road movie Three for the Road (1987), in which she played Robin, the rebellious daughter of a ruthless senator. Following the release of that movie, Kerri decided to quit acting and studied art at Vassar College. Audiences didn't see her again until the TV movie Blue Flame (1993). She received critical acclaim for her direction of the film Bellyfruit (1999). Her marriage in the 90s has led to her now being credited as "Kerri Lee Green" and she now only pops up now and then on television - most notably in an episode of "ER" as a mother of several children, who tearfully wants to terminate her latest pregnancy.- Actress

New Jersey-born Eddie Mannix was a long-time studio executive at MGM. Known as "The Fixer", he had a reputation as someone who could take care of any problems caused by recalcitrant or wayward studio employees and major stars that might embarrass the company. Mannix had a rather unsavory past, and it was known that he associated with many organized-crime figures while he was in the New York/New Jersey area. Authorities on both coasts suspected that he was more than just an "associate"; when East Coast organized-crime figures tried to take over the unions representing film studio workers in Hollywood--so they could extort money from the studios in exchange for avoiding "labor trouble"--Mannix was suspected of helping to pave the way for them. In addition, he was accused of having killed his first wife in a phony car accident and was suspected of being involved in the death of MGM executive Paul Bern, husband of MGM star Jean Harlow. Years later, some speculated that he or his wife, Toni Mannix, might have murdered actor George Reeves, star of the hit TV series Adventures of Superman (1952) (Reeves had been engaged in a long-time affair with Toni, although with Mannix's blessing). While no credible evidence has ever surfaced to support such a theory, much evidence credibly undermines it.
Mannix was never charged in any of the above cases, and died in Beverly Hills in 1963.- Actor

Dee Dee Ramone(1951 - 2002) was born as Douglas Glenn Colvin on September 18, 1951 in Fort Lee, Virginia, USA. He was a German-American musician, best known as a founding member, songwriter and bassist for the influential punk rock band "Ramones". His father was a U.S. Master Sergeant (born 1911) and his mother a woman (born 1931) from Berlin, Germany. After his birth the family relocated to Germany, due to his father's military service, and Dee Dee Ramone grew up in Munich, Bad Tölz, Pirmasens and Berlin. He spoke fluent German and remained in Berlin, Germany until 1968. When Dee Dee Ramone was 15 years old his parents divorced and his mother moved with her son to Forest Hills, Queens, New York City. At the 'Forest Hills High School' and in his neighborhood Dee Dee Ramone became friends with the original band members of the "Ramones": Jeffrey Hyman (aka Joey Ramone), John Cummings (aka Johnny Ramone) and Tamás Erdélyi (aka Tommy Ramone). The "Ramones" were a four-piece rock band that many experts credit for giving birth to the punk movement and having a major influence on music history and popular culture. Playing simple rock songs as hard and fast as possible, the "Ramones" gained a cult following that centered at the New York club CBGB's. After 14 studio albums and nearly constant touring for 22 years "The Ramones" gained a loyal worldwide following, while never achieving spectacular mainstream success like other bands they originally inspired. Dee Dee Ramone and Joey Ramone were the most important and productive songwriters/lyricists of the "Ramones". Dee Dee Ramone remained a band member until 1989, when he left and was replaced by Christopher Ward (aka C.J. Ramone). Dee Dee became a rapper and performed under the moniker 'Dee Dee King', and later formed the band "Chinese Dragons". But a strong connection to his first band always remained: He still occasionally played with the "Ramones" and wrote more songs for them and even appeared on their farewell concert video "We're Outta Here". Dee Dee Ramone was also a painter and is a published author of two books: An autobiography called "Lobotomy - Surviving the Ramones" (2000) and a novel called "Chelsea Horror Hotel" (2001) about the infamous hotel in New York. He released further a solo album in 2001, called "Latest & Greatest". Along with the other (surviving) "Ramones" members, he was inducted into the 'Rock & Roll Hall of Fame' in 2002. Less than two months after his induction, he was found dead in his house by his wife. Dee Dee Ramone was 50 years old. His paintings have been exhibited since posthumously in 2003/2006 in Augsburg (Germany), 2005 in Paris (France) and 2010 in Los Angeles(USA). In September 2005 a museum dedicated to the "Ramones" opened in Berlin, Germany.- Jonathan Cheban was born on 21 February 1974 in Fort Lee, New Jersey, USA.
